Fees

Fee & Duration:  

$190 for one-hour intake session.

$175 for subsequent 50-60 minute individual treatment.

 

Cancellation Policy: Call within 24 hours of your session to avoid incurring a $50 fee for the missed appointment.  Payment of the fee is due at your next scheduled appointment. Please note: Insurance companies will not reimburse you for missed sessions.

 

Late for Session Policy: If you are going to be more than five minutes late for your session, please call 617-943-2725.  If you are more than 20 minutes late, and have not called to let me know, I will assume you are not coming to the session.

 

Billing: Payment is due at the end of each session. I will submit processing paperwork to your insurance carrier, and your co-pay will be due at the session. Processing paperwork for out-of-network reimbursement is the sole responsibility of the client and the reimbursement will be mailed directly to you.  I will provide you with a receipt for your records or insurance reimbursement.
