About Claudine

I have been a clinical social worker for over 15 years, working in oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital, as well as as The Wellness Room. I help people cope with anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and a special interest in providing support through the uncertainty of a medical diagnosis, treatment, and end-of-life issues. I also walk beside people as they cope with grief and bereavement. I have experience and training in leading people in mindfulness meditation sessions, which has been proven to alleviate stress and anxiety.

When meeting in person is possible, and only after discussing it with the client, I use my registered therapy dog, Toby. I like to say that he models the compassion and relaxation we can all strive for.
